Shipping and delivery
Please allow 5 to 7 working days for order processing.
We offer free UK delivery via Royal Mail Tracked Service, which usually takes about 3 to 5 working days. International delivery costs between £20 and £30, with tracked service that may take up to 21 days, depending on the destination. Delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, we’re not currently shipping there. For any questions about international shipping, feel free to drop us a message.
Return policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have informed us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. All items should be returned in their original packaging and condition. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment account after we receive the returned item, as long as all conditions are met.
Return shipping costs aren’t reimbursed, and customers are responsible for making sure items get back to us safely. We recommend using a fully trackable and insured shipping service, and packing your items securely – ideally with new materials if necessary. We’re not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping, which remains your responsibility until we get the item.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch right away. We take full responsibility for items damaged in delivery and will work with you to arrange a full refund.
Customs, duties, and VAT
You may be charged VAT, customs, or import duties by your country’s customs authority before delivery. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary depending on the destination, order value, and product type, so we recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay these fees and the parcel gets returned to us, we’ll refund the cost of the products only, minus any shipping and customs charges we had to pay during the return.
